“James worked with me on a charity project for the Ronald McDonald House Stanford expansion project. I came to James asking for a lot! “Can you help me figure out a really cool texture for a headboard wall”? “I want it to kinda look like this wallpaper sample, but not really”. “Would you be willing to do the project for a special price because this is for charity”? Oh and by the way, you will have to drive to Stanford & do the work in a room that is part of an active construction site means, no electrical, no light.
Not exactly an appealing project from my perspective but James was up for it and he was a champion! James created an extremely beautiful, textured decorative paint finish for the headboard wall in my designed space and I think it was the star of the room. I was so happy with the final product and, in the process James was so professional, cheerful and a pleasure to work with!
I think James is a real talent, he is very experimental with his decorative finishes, he is fantastic to collaborate with and he thinks outside the box which is so refreshing.
I highly recommend James on any decorative paint and or artistic finish project you may need help with! “
